About Our Firm

The Law Offices of Brian D. Watnick & Associates was founded in 2005. The philosophy of the firm is to provide personal, aggressive & prompt workers’ compensation litigation defense. The firm has a goal for every case in its inventory: to tailor our strategy to our client's needs on the particular claim. The firm does not follow a “one size fits all” approach to the assigned cases.

Our clients appreciate our availability, responsiveness, and efforts in obtaining swift case resolution; whether it is by negotiating a favorable settlement or by taking the case to trial. The Law Offices of Brian D. Watnick & Associates provides a more individualized defense attorney experience. We do not transfer files between attorneys. We are available days, evenings and weekends to meet our client’s needs.
